2011 Volkswagen GTI design

Upon the release of the Mk1 Golf in the mid 1970s in Australia, engage from prospective purchasers was much higher than reckoned and most had to be put on a holding up list. Some Golfs were shipped entire, whilst others were shipped in split parts, which were then collected in Australia at the VW Clayton plant in Melbourne.
